WHAT WE OFFER
STRENGTH AND SHRED
The ultimate all round training session- A combination of resistance training and cardio exercise to build muscle and burn body fat. These classes are built around building competency in the gym environment using a combinaitons of squat racks, barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells and bodyweight training.
Maximum of 5 like minded participants, so we can cater beginners to advanced.
SENIOR STRENGTH AND SHRED
A small group strength and conditioning class, specifically designed for the senior athlete; Using a combination of resistance training and cardiovascular activity to provide a full body workout for the over 65’s.
