I’m Sian; I like positive quotes, motivational mantras and books about self-improvement. I have always loved SPORT and all that it represents.
FITNESS is my passion and somewhere I go to fuel my happy headspace.
Nothing gives me more happiness than helping people to feel good about themselves.
I have trained and transformed thousands of lives through fitness and coach education. I’ve worked with some amazing people and met friends for life along the way.
Outside of the gym/classroom, I am a Mummy to Nate and Charli, wife to Dan and chief dog walker to Maggie.
My favourite class to teach is Pilates.
My work is about supporting people and organisations to achieve their true potential.
I want to share how I have achieved my successes and support YOU to do the same.
I specialise in Strength training and Pilates for women in both groups and 1-2-1 basis.
